Nerlens Noel has arrived in Lexington

After a summer of doubts and delays, Nerlens Noel has finally arrived in Lexington. In other words, brace yourselves for the deluge of “Nerlens Noel sighting” images on Twitter and Facebook. Hurricane Nerlens has arrived and the social media circles of Lexington may not survive it.
He announced his arrival with a simple tweet. “Feels good to be Lexington!” I know it’s hard for a 6’11″ guy to hide in public, but I don’t think announcing his presence is going to help the flood of photo requests coming his way. The good news is, if you’re in the market for a Noel photo, it looks like Walmart at 3 a.m. is an easy option.
