Michael Jordan is not only signing MKG to a contract to play for his team, he decided to sign the former UK star onto his brand as well. After being selected #2 overall in the latest NBA Draft, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist was one of the first draftees to sign an official contract with Nike. Now, that appears to be a very short arrangement as Kidd-Gilchrist joins forces with his Airness. The last highly regarded draftee to sign with Jordan was Carmelo Anthony when he was drafted in ’03.
MKG posted the picture below on his instagram account depicting his image in a Charlotte Bobcats uniform and the Jordan logo beside him.
