Kidd-Gilchrist continues the motherly love

Much like Terrence Jones before him, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist purchased his mother a brand new car this week. And he managed to top Terrence’s measly Cadillac SRX with a shiny new Mercedes. For whatever reason, these guys must think their moms want crossovers instead of convertibles.

I’m glad to see these young men enjoying their success, and doing so in selfless and loving ways. Hopefully they won’t take a detour down the path of greed and excess like so many previous players. But I have a feeling their heads are squarely on their shoulders.
