Kentucky not finished with 2012 class?

After hearing that 6’4″ shooting guard Torian Graham has indeed classified for 2012, expect UK to at least be in the conversation. Graham is a 4 star recruit ranked #67 overall in his class and the 12th best at his position. He would provide some depth at the 2-guard spot, but talent-wise he’s not so far ahead of Twany Beckham and Jon Hood that I’m not sure UK will risk giving up one of those valuable 2013 scholarships for that anticpated monster class.

Another name that has surfaced is Keith Clanton. A 6’8″ big body power forward senior at UCF. Due to their recent run-in with the NCAA and the resulting postseason ban he will be transferring out and will be eligible to play immediately. His two favorites right now are UK and Florida State. Keith is a 4-star power foward ranked #19 at his position and will add depth to UK’s shallowest position without tying up a 2013 scholarship. If Kentucky wants him I think it’s a good move.
