New reports have come out and said James Young is now down to just two schools, Kentucky and Syracuse. The 2013 star is ranked #8 by Rivals and will be in Lexington on an unofficial visit this weekend. Young recently had an in-home visit with head coach John Calipari. Now that he is visiting campus so close to his first visit, many believe that he will be a Wildcat very soon. Young already revealed multiple times during the summer that UK was definitely his favorite, now he has them in the final two. Stay tuned for news out of Lexington this weekend with he’s on his unofficial visit.
It’s now Cal or Calipari for Marcus Lee. He was most recently cut the Louisville Cardinals from his official list and now will choose between his hometown California Golden Bears and the Kentucky Wildcats. A very tough decision for any kid wishing to be loyal to his hometown, stay close to family and play college basketball. On the flip side, he’s more likely to become a rising star at the school that will be on tv more, be in prime-time games, and have a chance to win a national championship. Lee will be attending Big Blue Madness on Oct. 12th.
