‘Cats on Sporting News Preseason All-Freshman Team

Sporting News has come out with their list of the Preseason All-Freshman team, and a couple of Wildcats have made the cut.

SN notes that Alex Poythress is a match-up nightmare, being too big for small forwards and too quick against power forwards.

Nerlens Noel has drawn comparisons to Anthony Davis, but is nowhere near AD23 on the offensive end. Look for Noel to be a dominant shot blocker and making a name for himself on defense.
