Andrew Wiggins recently confirmed that he will be attending Big Blue Madness. Wiggins has been in the news more than any other high school junior in the nation because of his ability to reclassify to the 2013 class. Wiggins is ahead academically, and could graduate early. Wiggins has publicly said he believes he is ready for the college game, and then his brother spoke and said he wished to see his younger brother in a Kentucky jersey in the future. Big brother knows best? Wiggins is currently ranked as the #1 player in the 2014 class.
With Wiggins ability to reclassify, the rumors have swirled about him joining up with a few Kentucky recruits and heading to Lexington for a monster 2013 recruiting class. Rivals’ top 2013 player Julius Randle, has recently cut his list to six and Kentucky made the cut. Aaron and Andrew Harrison are also strongly considering the ‘Cats along with Maryland and SMU. The Harrison’s will make their college decisions on Thursday on ESPNU at 5pm ET. Keep a close eye on this puzzle, because if the pieces start falling together, the rumors about the 2013 super-class could be coming true.
