Aircraft Carrier ‘Cats

In the 2013-14 season, the Kentucky Wildcats may be playing basketball on a naval aircraft carrier. The Carrier Classic, which has raised more than $500,000 dollars for the Wounded Warrior Project will be looking to expand their tournament and do more for our nation’s military with continued success.

The event will be held in multiple locations, potentially including the USS Lexington in Corpus Christi, the USS Midway in San Diego, and the USS Yorktown. New Orleans could also be a possible destination. Along with the Wildcats, Texas, North Carolina State, and Missouri expect to headline the event.
