Aaron Gordon to visit Kentucky

aarongordon Aaron Gordon to visit Kentucky

The mother of the #6 ranked player in the 2013 class has confirmed by email that her son will be taking his last official visit to the University of Kentucky. Aaron Gordon has been on the radar for quite some time, and a lot of buzz has followed connecting him to Kentucky. After Kentucky began receiving commitments, the news stopped coming so rapidly. Gordon has been very busy with official visits to Washington, Oregon, Kansas, and Arizona. Could he add another dynamic to this already loaded 2013 class?

Standing at 6’7” 210 lbs., the native Californian is a beast around the rim. He lives mostly off of tip-ins and dunks. When it comes to effort plays, you will be hard-pressed to find another prospect like Aaron Gordon. He is extremely competitive and has already won two state championships while being named California Mr. Basketball as a junior. Not only is he gifted athletically, he’s also has a really high basketball IQ.

While no leader for his services has ever been put forth, Washington was said to have an early edge. Will a visit to Kentucky change his mind? Gordon will be visiting the Wildcats November 10th & 11th (Saturday and Sunday) right after Kentucky faces Maryland in Brooklyn, NY.

Here is some highlights of Gordon. The kid reminds me of Blake Griffin with a better jump shot. #StraitBeast
